The Network follows a multi-sectoral approach as it targets stakeholders with a diverse wealth of knowledge and experience. As a result, we have identified the most relevant stakeholders to be politicians, the media, the public sector, the private sector, civil society and individuals at large.
Politicians: A link between voters and politicians will help increase civic engagement and government responsiveness.
Civil Servants: Enhanced involvement in the decision-making process will help minimized duplication of work by creating a clear separation of tasks; improving efficiency as well as coordination between ministries.
Media: A culture of disclosure and documentation ensures that the media will uphold its duty and present reliable information to the public.
Private Sector: Companies will be able to use of official data to increase efficiency and profits while protecting basic employee rights.
Individuals: Greater transparency within the public sector will empower Lebanese citizens to fearlessly speak out in the public interest, unveil cases of corruption, and expose public mismanagement and other illegal practices.
Civil society: NGOs will be able to base their advocacy plans on solid evidence, monitor government, and impact reform.
