The network seeks to inform and empower targeted audiences about their right to Access to Information and Whistleblower protection.

Citizens are rarely informed of their rights in Lebanon.  Even more, individuals’ rights that relate to civil liberties and basic access to government procedures are considerably underdeveloped and in need of reform.  In addition to passing new legislation that introduces more effective measures for citizens to access their rights, we hope individuals embrace their responsibility and support this initiative as one mechanism that will provide meaningful opportunities to make positive changes within their society.
